This live workshops (personalised or groups sessions) is your gateway to the art of stop-motion storytelling. No fancy tools, no complex software—just paper, light, and your imagination. Whether you're a filmmaker, educator, visual artist, or curious beginner, you'll learn how to bring stories to life with depth and intention.

Led by renowned independent filmmaker Adrián Melis, and inspired by the timeless visual language of the pioneer of animation Lotte Reiniger, this session blends the poetic with the practical. You'll explore:

• Fundamentals of stop-motion animation
• Cinematography and visual storytelling
• Character and set design using minimal materials
• Layered composition using multiplane cameras
• Timing, expression, and handmade motion
• Storyboarding and project planning for short films

Create a short film (1–4 minutes) that is fully your own—from concept to final shot—with personal guidance and professional feedback throughout the process.
